Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewellery in its original FYNE presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
